PURPOSE/GOALS OF SUPPORT GROUP

To provide a safe space for parents, guardians, siblings, and friends of people living with
addiction.

Emotional support; advice from like-minded individuals; weekly topics; therapeutic
community focus; tools to use in real-life situations; how to navigate both potential and
current concerns in each family’s life.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Kianna has been an advocate for people in recovery from addictions for the past decade. She has a passion for supporting the families of those living with addiction, coming from a non-judgmental & psychoeducational approach.

FORMAT AND STRUCTURE
Duration: Ongoing

Frequency: Bi-weekly on Wednesday evenings, 7pm onwards
