1. Distress Centres: Provides 24/7 telephone support, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and emotional support.


2. Crisis Services Canada: Offers a national crisis hotline, connecting to certified crisis centers. They provide immediate support for individuals in crisis. 

3. Good2Talk: A 24/7 helpline providing mental health support for post-secondary students across Ontario.

4. Kids Help Phone: Canada's only 24/7 national helpline for young people. Provides professional counseling, information, and referral services. This service is available via text or call. For texting services text CONNECT to 686868

5. Toronto Rape Crisis Centre: Provides counseling, crisis intervention, and support for survivors of sexual violence.

6. Assaulted Women's Helpline: Offers crisis counseling, emotional support, safety planning, and referral services to women experiencing abuse.


7. LGBTQ Youthline: A peer support helpline for LGBTQ+ youth, providing resources, referrals, and support.

8. Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH): Canada's largest mental health and addiction teaching hospital. Offers crisis services, counseling, and support.

9. Gerstein Crisis Centre: Provides 24/7 crisis intervention, stabilization, and support for individuals experiencing mental health crises.

10. The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids): The mental health department at SickKids offers crisis intervention, assessment, and support for children and youth.

11. Distress Centre Halton: Provides 24/7 telephone crisis support, suicide prevention, and community resources in the Halton Region.

12. Distress Centre Durham: Offers confidential crisis support, suicide prevention, and community resources in Durham Region.

13. Peel Children's Centre: Provides mental health crisis support, assessment, and referrals for children and youth in Peel Region.

14. The Regional Municipality of York: Offers crisis counseling and emergency mental health supports in York Region.

15. Halton Regional Police Service - Mobile Crisis Intervention Team: A specialized unit that provides immediate crisis intervention and mental health support in partnership with Halton Healthcare.

16. Durham Regional Police Service Mental Health and Support Services Unit: A team of mental health professionals and specially trained officers that respond to mental health crises in partnership with local hospitals.


17. Toronto Public Health: Provides crisis support, resources, and referrals related to mental health, substance abuse, and public health concerns in Toronto.

18. Rehab Spot: Available 24/7 for individuals seeking support with substance abuse. Their physical location is all over USA and In Ottawa, Canada. They are still available to work with you virtually in crisis situations.
