Community and Identity-Based Resources

At Cognitive Resilience Counselling Clinic (CRCC), we understand that finding the right support can sometimes mean connecting with resources that understand your community, culture, identity, or specific life experiences. We’ve gathered a list of community-based, culturally specific, identity-specific, and population-specific resources that may help you find additional support and connection.
These resources may offer a range of services, including counselling, social support, settlement services, housing support, referrals, advocacy, and other community programs. The types of services available may vary between organizations, and eligibility requirements may apply.
These resources are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please refer to our Crisis & Emergency Resources section for immediate support options.
If you are looking for ongoing therapy or mental health support, you may also find our Accessing Care page helpful.
✨ Note: This list is not exhaustive, but we hope it serves as a starting point for finding resources that recognize your unique needs, experiences, and community. ✨
