Julie Seydini
(SHE/HER)
Registered Psychotherapist, MACP, BSc
I’m passionate about supporting individuals 18+ as they navigate breakups, make important relationship decisions, or move through major life transitions—whether that’s starting a new job, entering a new relationship, or becoming a parent. I have a special focus on new moms managing overwhelm, burnout, or lack of support. I also work with young professionals facing imposter syndrome or decision-making challenges, as well as individuals exploring childhood trauma or attachment wounds. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported in discovering your own resilience.

Though I’m newer to the field of psychotherapy, my personal experiences navigating life transitions, uncertainty, and moments of self-doubt have deepened my empathy and understanding. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, stretched thin, or unsure of your next step, and I’ve learned how to draw on personal strengths and resources to move forward. These insights guide my work as I help clients recognize their own strengths and take intentional steps toward clarity, confidence, and growth.

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and EFT to tailor therapy to your needs. I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside the therapy room, I’m an avid reader and always on the lookout for new book recommendations. My life journey—including navigating early parenthood, balancing school and work, and learning self-care and boundaries—has shaped me into the therapist I am today. If you’re ready to take the next step toward growth, resilience, and well-being, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
