Julie Seydini

(SHE/HER)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP, BSc

I am passionate about supporting young adults and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in the belief that while our individual experiences make us unique, we all share a universal need for connection and belonging. I believe no one should face hardships alone, and it’s an honor to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where my clients can share openly and work toward healing and growth.

Though I’m newer to the field of psychotherapy, my life experiences have given me a deep sense of empathy and understanding. I know what it feels like to be stuck, and I’ve learned how to draw on personal strengths and resources to overcome challenges. These lessons inspire my work as I help clients recognize their own strengths and take meaningful steps forward. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, starting a new job, becoming a parent, or stepping into another life stage, I’m here to support you during these transitions.

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness techniques, and EFT to tailor therapy to your needs. I’m warm, optimistic, and resilient, and I strive to foster a collaborative, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m an avid reader and always on the hunt for book recommendations. My own life journey—balancing being a new mom, completing my practicum, and developing self-care and boundaries—has shaped me into the therapist I am today. If you’re ready to take the next step toward growth and resilience, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
