(SHE/HER)
BA, RSW, MSW
Hi there, I’m Kianna. I specialize in supporting parents and guardians of youth 11+ living with addiction, women seeking the resilience and clarity to leave abusive or unhealthy relationships, men exploring an emotionally safe space for the first time, and anyone navigating major life transitions or healing from trauma—including sexual and domestic trauma.

With a background in Sociology and Social Work and currently completing my Master of Social Work, I bring both academic insight and real-world experience to my practice. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and grounded in creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Clients often share that they feel heard, understood, and safe with me—something I take deeply to heart.

I draw from DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based modalities, tailoring each session to your unique story and pace. My goal is to help you rebuild a sense of stability, agency, and hope, whether you're navigating addiction within your family, reclaiming yourself after abuse, opening up emotionally for the first time, or processing life transitions and trauma.

My experiences working with marginalized communities, survivors of violence, and families in crisis have shaped my belief in people’s capacity for resilience. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. When you're ready, I’m here to walk alongside you—one step at a time.
