Kianna Reeve
(SHE/HER)
BA, RSW, MSW
Hi there, I'm Kianna, and I'm incredibly passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges and find their path to healing and growth. With a background in Sociology and Social Work, and currently pursuing my Masters in Social Work, I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience to my practice.

I genuinely enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, including youth, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals from racialized and LGBTQIA2S+ communities. I specialize in supporting those dealing with mood and personality disorders, addictions, trauma, and life transitions, among other concerns.

What drives me in this field is witnessing the resilience and strength of my clients as they overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. From a young age, I knew I wanted to make a difference in people's lives, and now, I have the privilege of guiding others towards positive change.

When you choose to work with me, you're stepping into a judgment-free space where you can truly be yourself. Clients often tell me they feel safe and supported in our sessions, and that's incredibly important to me. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard and understood, and I'm here to provide that support.

In my practice, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and more, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, or any other challenge, I'm here to help you find the tools and strategies to thrive.

On a personal note, my own experiences as an athlete have given me insight into the unique pressures and identity concerns that can arise in sports. I understand firsthand the importance of having someone who truly gets it by your side, and I'm here to offer that understanding and support.

In addition to my professional work, I've gained valuable insights from working with marginalized populations, including youth and families experiencing homelessness or domestic violence. These experiences have deepened my empathy and reinforced my belief in the transformative power of connection and support.

If you're ready to take the first step towards positive change, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can navigate life's challenges and create a brighter, more fulfilling future. Let's embark on this journey together.
