Sahaj Ruprai

(HE/HIM)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BA

I’m passionate about creating a space where men and young adults feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with those navigating anxiety, depression, stress, mood challenges, and self-esteem struggles, offering brief, goal-focused approaches to help you manage life’s pressures and transitions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I blend evidence-based strategies from CBT, SFT, and ACT with genuine empathy, helping you build confidence, manage stress, and take meaningful steps toward growth. I aim to create a space where emotional vulnerability feels safe—whether that’s sharing feelings, improving self-esteem, or navigating challenges at school, work, or in relationships.

Having faced stress, identity exploration, and life transitions myself, I understand how isolating it can feel to be stuck or overwhelmed. I’m committed to walking alongside you as you reclaim resilience, clarity, and hope. Witnessing this growth is what inspires me every day.
