(HE/HIM)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), BA

I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on young adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Many of the clients I support come from South Asian and immigrant backgrounds, and I value offering culturally responsive care that honours their unique experiences and identities. I am also deeply committed to supporting men as they explore their sense of self, build self-esteem, and strengthen relationships, as well as women who are seeking clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to themselves amidst societal pressures or shifting roles.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where clients are empowered to draw on their strengths while exploring the areas of life that feel heavy or uncertain. In our sessions, I integrate practical strategies with genuine empathy, guiding clients to transform challenges into growth and reclaim their voice. I aim to create a safe environment for emotional vulnerability—whether that means learning to express feelings, rebuilding self-confidence, or developing healthier relationships with yourself and others.

My expertise includes using therapeutic modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a person-centred and strength-based approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs while remaining flexible and responsive in our work together. By combining evidence-based techniques with compassion and curiosity, I support clients in uncovering resilience, reclaiming hope, and embracing new possibilities in their lives.

My own journey through stress, identity exploration, and significant life transitions has shaped the way I show up as a therapist. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to question your place in the world, and how powerful it is to have a space where you feel understood. This fuels my commitment to being fully present with clients during their moments of change and discovery. I hold space for what often goes unspoken, listening deeply to the stories behind the struggle, and honouring each person’s lived experience. Witnessing clients lean into uncertainty and find strength in their healing journey continues to inspire me every day.
